Welcome! I’m Paula, a therapist who understands how layered and demanding life can be, especially when you’re juggling emotional well-being, relationships, family responsibilities, and the constant mental load of chronic health concerns. As a T1D mom, I know firsthand the fear, exhaustion, and fierce love that come with caring for a child with Type 1 Diabetes. That lived experience shapes the compassion, steadiness, and tenacity I bring into the therapy room.

My approach is warm, grounding, and evidence-based. I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, burnout, people-pleasing, boundary challenges, identity transitions, self-worth concerns, parenting struggles, marriage tensions, grief, and the emotional weight of caregiving. I also support clients dealing with health-related anxiety, ADHD, OCD tendencies, emotional dysregulation, and the complexity of feeling stretched thin while still wanting to show up fully for the people they love.
